The Medical Records department maintains accuracy, integrity and authenticity of all medical records. This includes; issuing medical files, filing medical records and suppling the nurses and providers with the appropriate documents and forms. The Medical Records department also sends, receives and files medical records from other healthcare facilities to support the continuity of care for PCHC patients.
